Our philosophy at Indigo is that of the owner Paul Anderson. His passion for whisky makes for a natural partner to Indigo’s award winning fine dining Indian restaurant. “Whisky is best enjoyed when shared, and they weren’t being shared as often as they should have been” Years on, Indigo is now the home of New Zealand’s largest restaurant whisky collection.
We have also fully embraced the delights of the region. Hawke’s Bay offers a powerful mix of wines from producers that foot with the best in the world. We are proudly showcasing 86 wineries and 98 wine labels, categorically stocking the best and the largest variety of wines from wineries on our very own doorstep.
