INDIGO LOUNGE AND FUNCTION ROOM
While a new menu is released for the lunchtime guests downstairs, the upstairs lounge is now taking bookings. “We have already had commercial business seminars, banquets even a 17th birthday party with live band all in the upstairs lounge.” says Paul. Live music is going to become a regular thing at Indigo now that the soundproofing is complete. “We want our dinner guests to have the option of relaxing with a drink in the lounge upstairs while enjoying local music talent.” says Paul. With Hawke’s Bays most comprehensive whiskey selection and a large selection of quality wines, this won’t take much convincing and should make for ideal environment.
For businesses looking for a private space in the centre of Napier that is kitted up with everything needed to run an offsite meeting, presentation, awards or celebration, this could be the function space. The function room includes a projector, screen, audio system and its very own bar and bar staff. The room can be hired out with coffees and a snack menu available, or can be packaged with a lunch or dinner a la carte or set menu.
The function room seats up to 50 and has good natural afternoon light. The function room has been entirely refurbished.
A third chef is joining Indigo restaurant next week to ensure lunch turnaround times can be quick. “We’re want to make sure that people on a 30 minute lunch break can come here and be back to work in plenty of time.” says Paul. Indigo is currently open for lunch on Friday and Saturday, extending to six days except Monday from 3rd December.
