Buffalo Trace

Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt, this whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity. This bourbon is batched from no more than 40 barrels at a time and is aged on the middle floors of the distillery warehouses where the temperature fluctuation is the greatest.

Spicy and sweet nose with caramel, creamy toffee eclairs, hints of cinnamon, rum spice and cereal sweetness. Brown sugar, toffee apple, sweet oak, custard, espresso beans with a touch of chocolate on the palate. Good length finish with sweet spices, cinnamon and toffee

Four Roses Kentucky Bourbon

A brand that dates back to the late 19th century. It is made up of whiskeys aged in new oak between 5 and 6 years of age.

Sweet creamy aromas, hints of Seville orange marmalade and lemon zest with corn sweetness and caramel. A balanced, rich palate with more marmalade, acacia honey, cinnamon, lemon and oak. The finish follows with an oaky spice.

Bulliet Bourbon

Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that’s distinctively clean and smooth.

Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavour.

Ritten House Rye

Rye whisky is made using a similar distillation process to bourbon although the mash must be 51% rye, this brings a dry, spicy distinctive character to this style of whiskey. Extremely popular with bartender around the world.

Aromas of dried fruits and soft spices. Cocoa and butterscotch, alongside orange peel, cinnamon and caramel. A thick fruity palate with chocolate oranges, cassia bark, nutmeg and oak. A tangy fruit and coppery finish with notes of marmalade and spice.

Platte Valley Corn Whiskey

Authentic American Corn Whiskey since 1856. This small batch 100% Straight Corn Whiskey is aged for three years in new oak, handcrafted in ceramic jugs and cork-sealed.
Aromas of corn, vanilla, strawberry gummies, a touch of spice and a hint of caramel. On the palate the corn and vanilla continue with additions of fruit and a very light spice. Short finish leaving only a fleeting impression of corn, vanilla and dried fruit.
