Gentleman Jack Rare Tenessee Whiskey

A premium version of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey, Gentlemen Jack exhibits impressive complexity and flavour. The main difference is that it enjoys a “double mellowing” as it’s filtered through charcoal bot before being filled into the barrel and before it’s bottled.

There is a spicy nose with caramel, charred oak and a little aniseed. The palate is liquorice-led palate with oak and cinnamon, a touch of banana too. Roasty and toasty finish, plenty of spice and citrus too.

Tin Cup Colorado American Whiskey

A blend of two great American whiskeys each aged in #3 charred oak barrels. “High rye” bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, it is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt. These whiskeys are then cut with Rocky Mountain water.

Aromas of citrus, black pepper and ginger snaps. Rye spice on the palate with notes of cinnamon and caramel. Clean, rye spice finish.

Rittenhouse Rye

Rye whisky is made using a similar distillation process to bourbon although the mash must be 51% rye, this brings a dry, spicy distinctive character to this style of whiskey. Extremely popular with bartender around the world.

Aromas of dried fruits and soft spices. Cocoa and butterscotch, alongside orange peel, cinnamon and caramel. A thick fruity palate with chocolate oranges, cassia bark, nutmeg and oak. A tangy fruit and coppery finish with notes of marmalade and spice.

Platte Valley Corn Whiskey

Authentic American Corn Whiskey since 1856. This small batch 100% Straight Corn Whiskey is aged for three years in new oak, handcrafted in ceramic jugs and cork-sealed.
Aromas of corn, vanilla, strawberry gummies, a touch of spice and a hint of caramel. On the palate the corn and vanilla continue with additions of fruit and a very light spice. Short finish leaving only a fleeting impression of corn, vanilla and dried fruit.

With a mash bill of 51% corn and 49% millet, KOVAL Bourbon offers a drinking experience that is balanced, approachable, and unparalleled. Aged in heavily charred new Minnesotan oak, this is creamy and spicy.

Sweet toasted grain aromas, big red (sweet cinnamon gum), apple butter, pear, banana peel, mint, pine, ginger, woody spices. On the palate, apple, pear and banana again, light caramel, soft and mildly sweet, nicely balanced with drier, woodier notes appearing on the back and warm fall spices continuing on through the surprisingly persistent finish.
