Bushmills 21 year old

An exquisite Irish whiskey, matured in a mixture of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks, before a two year marrying period spent in Madeira casks.

Aromas of rich toffee, honey, spiced fruit notes and dark mocha. A chewy palate with flavours of dates, pecans, grapes and mango. A sweet, syrupy pipe tobacco and mint finish

Clontarf Irish

The inspirational marriage of Old World ingredients and New World techniques give the Clontarf whiskeys a style of their own. Only the finest grain and purest Irish spring water are used in the delicate distillation process. Clontarf is then mellowed through Atlantic Irish oak charcoal. Finally, Clontarf is gently aged in New World bourbon barrels, giving a silky soft texture.

An intense maltiness on the nose with complex oak, vanilla, toffee and spices. A full and smooth taste, flavours of vanilla, toasted wood and honey, fruit spicy and floral with an interesting dry grassiness.

Jamesons Gold Reserve

A rich and chewy entry in the Jameson range using three types of pot stilled spirit carefully balanced to produce a complex whiskey.

Very appealing aromas of sweet spice, toasty oak and dried fruit, lovely palate weight and mouthfeel, subtle fruit-cake spices are joined by honeyed fruit and spicy oak. A well balanced finish with fruit, oak and spice.

Glendalough 7 Year Old Irish Whiskey

This whiskey is inspired by the 7 churches of Glendalough, this particular distillery use barrels from the 5 lamps brewery that held their Black Pitts Porter which helps to bring out more depth in the single malt.

Aromas of sweet toffee apples, dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream. A smooth palate with warm mandarin orange, cocoa, toffee and cooked fruit followed by clove and peppery spices. A long and spicy finish with toasted oak, treacle and brown-sugared coffee notes

Writers Tears Cask Strength Rare Whiskey

This is one of Ireland’s most unique whiskey. A vatting of Single Pot Still and Single Malt, this is distilled three times and carefully aged in American Oak Casks. Each year Bernard Walsh selects a handful of exceptional casks to make this benchmark Irish whiskey.

Aromas of dark chocolate, rich blackberries, summer fruits and sweet barley. On the palate hints of butterscotch allude to complex tones of rich toasted wood, giving way to creamy oak and single pot still spice ending in a bold and intense finish.

Connemara 12 year old Peated

Unique among Irish whiskeys, this is one of the only Irish Peated Single Malt Whiskey available. Inspired by the 18th century art of drying malting barley over peat fires, Connemara possesses a distinct peaty flavour and aroma, instilling a delicate smokiness and smooth, sweet taste. Its complex peat flavours and smooth, sweet malt taste make it a truly unique Irish whiskey.

 An aroma of sweet barley with wafts of peaty smoke, kippers and well baked apple crumble. Tastes of lightly honey sweet, subdued clean rather than sooty smoke with peaty vegetal notes, sweet barley water, light spice and vanilla oak.
