Bushmills 10 year old

Triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for a minimum of 10 years in former Sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks which gives it the honey, vanilla and milk chocolate aroma. Its exceptional complexity is only matched by its approachability and smoothness.

A very elegant and simple style of Irish Whiskey that leaves you with an exceptionally smooth finish. It has the distinctive Bushmills light fruity aroma that travels over the lip of your tumbler

 

Jameson Black Barrel

A special pot still whiskey-heavy version of Jameson. Black Barrel has lots of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks in the mix, giving it a much richer flavour than regular Jameson, with a strong sherried note.

Aromas of soft charred barrel along with sweet barley and cereal. Very soft and smooth palate with subtle spiciness and fresh fruitiness finishing smooth and balanced.

 

Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey

A double distilled blended whiskey, it manages to be both complex and approachable and the same time. Its double distillation gives it a robust profile with more character than blends that have been triple distilled.

Sweet caramel, vanilla and toasted wood aromas. Delicate malt and clean grain become more apparent with time. Soft almond nougat, peach, caramel and vanilla flavours before finishing quickly with soft, light malt sugar flavours. The dry finish persists alongside with some genuine woody oak tones

Knappogue Castle 12 year old

Triple distilled one batch at a time in a traditional, onion-shaped copper pot stills, the whiskey is then aged in bourbon oak casks for twelve years. The delicate distillation process, along with the moist and temperate climate, yields the distinctive flavour of this remarkable Irish single malt.

A Rich and biscuit aroma with notes of peppery spice. Mellow and well-balanced palate with a bright, elegant fruitiness and mild spice flavours. Medium, clean, and smooth on the finish

 

Redbreast 12 year old Single Pot Still

A well balanced single pot still Irish whiskey, it has been matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, creating a sweet and spicy character.

The nose holds aromas of sweet fruit, toasted oak and warm spices. The palate offers notes of buttery hot-cross-buns, dried fruits, baking spices and oak with liquorice-like sherry flavours on the finish

 

The Dublin Liberties Oak Devil

This is a devilish blend of double distilled premium malt and grain whiskies, aged for more than three years in bourbon oak casks, no chill-filtration used in the production.

A rich, malty nose with aromas of dark fruits and soft wood. Smooth and spicy on the palate with notes of caramel and Christmas cake finishing with long lasting, smooth lingering pepper characters.
