Tokinoka Japanese Blended Whisky
Tokinoka is a blend elaborated at the White Oak distillery. this was inspired by Scottish techniques, from brewing to pot still distillation and oak cask maturation. Using extremely pure groundwaters, the result is an extremely mellow and smooth whisky.
Aromas are delicate with white chocolate and floral notes, the palate has maple syrup, green apples and fiery pink peppercorn. The finish is light with more pink peppercorn and a subtle sweetness.

Aromas of rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary and mature woodiness. On the palate there is a honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. A subtle, tender long finish with a hint of Mizunara oak.
Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky Japan
The coffey Still is the world’s first patented continuous still invented by Mr. Aeneas Coffey in 1830. The creator of Nikka valued the feature of this type of still, which retains the flavours of the ingredients and also creates a distinctive texture.
The nose is sweet and fruity, oodles of sweet spice, mango and papaya, candied orange peel and coconut. The palate has toffee popcorn, with more of the heady citrus and tropical fruit. Not a long finish but full of rich oak and marmalade notes.
Nikka Pure Malt Taketsu Distillery
This malt whisky is named in honour of Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka and father of Japanese whisky. It highlights the complexity and preciseness of blending.
Aromas of sherry-soaked plums, raisins and green apple slices. Honey’d cereal, black pepper and a hint of barrel char. The palate has espresso beans, milk chocolate, tobacco leaf and lingering Sherried fruit. There’s a slight touch of smoke as it develops. To finish the elegant smoke continues, with golden barley and a final hint of coffee

Aromas of basil, pine needle and green apple. On the palate there is sweet pear, mint and kiwi with a subtle smoke to finish and notes of green tea.
Hibiki 17 year old Japanese Whiskey
A world renowned Japanese blend. This whiskey is made with aged malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s distilleries. Initially released in 1989, the blend is matured in Japanese Mizunara oak casks at Yamazaki.
Full of aromas, notes of honey, resin and oak with subtle hints of smoke, cacao, cooked fruit and nuts. A sweet and rich palate. Crisp notes of mixed peels, raisin and custard with a little zest and plenty of oak. A long finish with flavours of oak, cacao and sherried peels
