Togouchi Premium Japanese Blended Whisky
Togouchi is a blended Japanese whisky from the producers Chugoku Jozo, who mature their whisky in a tunnel rather than a warehouse. The name comes from where the tunnel is located, in the town of Togouchi.
A well balanced peat aroma with a soft sweetness of the tongue similar to vanilla and chocolate. The finish is light but comes with a kick

A blended Japanese whisky from Nikka made with malt from Yoichi and a combination of malt and Coffey Still whisky from Miyagikyo
Rich and full aroma with notes of cinnamon and chocolate. A plush palate of dark chocolate cake, candied orange peel and sweet spice, enlivened by a mild peppery back note. The finish is lively and peppery, with more of that seductive citrus character.
Miyagikyo Single Malt
Using less peaty malt, this whisky is distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam at a low temperature. It has spent time in ex-bourbon casks and Sherry casks.
The aromas are initially, concentrated iris notes hint it then develops aromas of malted barley, exotic fruit (banana), liquorice and camphor. Notes of burnt wood and ash progressively settle over the aromatic palette. Long after, white flowers and beeswax make an appearance. A firm, lively palate. Malted barley is at the heart, coated in herbaceous, liquorice, spice and chocolate tones. Long, soft finish. It evokes the scent of wilted roses. It lingers on notes of tobacco, spices, toasted nuts and stewed fruits. The final nose reveals exotic notes.

Chita is the serenity of Japanese whisky, from the inventive grain whisky distillery in the Chita Peninsula dedicated to the pursuit of making diverse grain whiskies. Through a rare continuous distillation process using two, three or four columns, the Chita Distillery mainly creates three types of grain whisky—clean, medium, and heavy. These whiskies have been aged in a variety of casks before coming together to produce the Chita Single Grain Whisky.
Aromas of honeydew melon, citrus and honey’d cereal with a palate full of vanilla sponge cake and more honey. A touch of orchard blossom. A medium length zesty finish.
